ServiceSource Appoints David Oppenheimer Chief Financial Officer to Support Next Phase of Company Growth

SAN FRANCISCO – August 11, 2010ServiceSource®, the service revenue performance company, today announced the appointment of David Oppenheimer as chief financial officer. A senior executive with more than two decades of financial management experience, Mr. Oppenheimer will oversee ServiceSource's worldwide financial operations.

Oppenheimer brings over 20 years of executive financial leadership to ServiceSource, having led the finance and administrative functions at several technology companies. David comes to ServiceSource from Mindjet, where he was and chief financial officer. In that capacity, he was responsible for leading the finance and administrative functions of the company. Prior to Mindjet, David served as global CFO of Hands-On Mobile, a mobile content company, and CFO of Digital Impact, an internet marketing company. While at Digital Impact, David managed the IPO process through NASDAQ listing, oversaw Digital Impact's acquisition of three companies, and eventual sale to a strategic buyer. Before Digital Impact, David held senior financial leadership positions at Autodesk, AlliedSignal (currently known as Honeywell), and United Airlines. David holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from University at Buffalo, The State University of New York, and an MBA from the University of California-Berkeley.
