ServiceSource Expands Executive Team, Names John Boucher Executive Vice President of Global Sales

At ServiceSource, Boucher will lead the global expansion of the Company's customer acquisition team to drive momentum and expansion within existing and new markets. Boucher joins the ServiceSource leadership team with 19 years experience as leader of sales, acquisitions, business operations and customer service at Oracle Corporation, and comes with a proven record of building highly successful customer relationships.

During his tenure with Oracle, Boucher was responsible for selling to and servicing nearly 7,500 commercial customers and leading over 1,000 dedicated sales and pre-sales professionals to focus on building long-term relationships with customers. John was also integral to the acquisition and integration of a variety of other business applications including Hyperion, G*Log, Demantra, Agile and Logical Applications.

Previously, Boucher was Group Vice President of Oracle's North America Commercial Applications sales organization for the Eastern half of North America. He also served as Oracle's Area Vice President - Northeast General Business and Regional Manager for New England. Prior to Oracle, he served as Vice President of Sales at Midway Data Center, a subsidiary of Midway National Bank in St. Paul, MN, where he was responsible for sales of multi-year core banking outsourcing relationships.

In support of continued company growth, ServiceSource's Matt Rosenberg has also been named senior vice president of strategic accounts. Over the past several years, Mr. Rosenberg has built a world-class, global sales organization, which has fueled ServiceSource's 35% compounded annual revenue growth in the past five fiscal years. Matt now moves into this new role to continue the company's growth trajectory with his proven ability to lead teams through complex sales environments and win large deals.
