Boucher joins the ServiceSource leadership team with 19 years experience as leader of sales, acquisitions, business operations and customer service at Oracle Corporation, and comes with a proven record of building highly successful customer relationships.

John was also integral to the acquisition and integration of a variety of other business applications including Hyperion, G*Log, Demantra, Agile and Logical Applications.
Previously, Boucher was Group Vice President of Oracle's North America Commercial Applications sales organization for the Eastern half of North America. He also served as Oracle's Area Vice President - Northeast General Business and Regional Manager for New England. Prior to Oracle, he served as Vice President of Sales at Midway Data Center, a subsidiary of Midway National Bank in St. Paul, MN, where he was responsible for sales of multi-year core banking outsourcing relationships.
