today announced Brian Delaney, Executive Vice President and Chief
Operating Officer, plans to retire effective Jun. 30, 2018.

With Delaney’s retirement, the company will be simplifying the
organization by naming two regional presidents who will now report to
- Michael Poe, a seven-year veteran of ServiceSource, will assume the
role of President – Americas, overseeing the company’s operations in
the United States and the Philippines.
- Mike Naughton, with six years of leadership experience at
ServiceSource, will assume the role of President – EMEA/APJ,
overseeing the company’s operations in Europe, Singapore, Malaysia,

for their regions, including operational delivery, client relationship
management, and P&L attainment.
